The Jelq & Hold
This exercise not only can enlarge the length and girth but also can help increase head size. As per usual with the Jelq (full instructions below) lubricate both your hands and penis and obtain a semi erection. Make an OK sign with the index and thumb and grip tightly around the penis base. Slowly milk towards the head of the penis. Once you have reached the head of the penis hold this position for 15 seconds and then with the other hand milk again. Continue this for as many reps as required or your allocated time allowance.

Slowly milk down towards the head + hold 15 secs
With left hand come up from the base.
Right hand lets go of head and starts again.
