Dry Jelq Method
The
main goal of this exercise is to restore the foreskin
but this exercise also helps with length as well.
Obtain a semi erect state while standing up and grab
the base of the penis with the OK sign. Start milking
the penis as you would with a jelq from the base to
the head of the penis. You are using NO lubrication.
With the other hand grab the base of the penis when
the other hand leaves the penis. Keep this going
constantly for the allotted time or number of reps. It
is basically the JELQ but without lubrication. This
can cause discomfort and should not be done for a long
period of time.

This exercise
should not replace any other in a workout plan. Developing a
natural foreskin will take a while to develop and it can depend on
how much free skin that you do have. A foreskin can help get back
some of the sensitivity the uncircumcised men enjoy. You should
use this exercise in conjunction with the "Foreskin Restoration".
