Obtain a full erection manually either by viewing porn or beginning to masturbate. At the base of your penis form a tight grip using your thumb and index finger. Grab the penis half way up.
Pull the skin on the penis back as far as you can.
Do not over stretch or cause injury.
Slowly increase the pressure.
